USA inn The name is misleading. 1. Checked in - 5 rooms with family. As soon as we entered - 1 wash basin was broken, had to quickly call the receptionist and inform the same. Had we noticed later, the blame might have been on us. They changed the room. 2. Wifi wasn't working. 3. Sleep quality was alright.

Best food in town taste quality n quantity everything was so proper

This is the worst hotel I came across till date. I booked 2 rooms they accepted my booking and charged me for it. 30 mins before checking they called to inform that the rooms are not available and we should look for something else. They left us stranded and helpless in middle of night even when we told them that we are travelling with family. Sleep in you car but don't book room in this fraudulent hotel.

Don't go with the negative reviews. Experience by your self. They have some good rooms in town

COMING FROM PRAYAGRAJ DON'T STAY HERE COZ YOU'RE TIRED FIND MPT resorts and stay there TV WON'T WORK , STAFF WONT CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE, 1 TOWEL , RATES ARE 3.5K NO AMENITIES.

Hotel's rent is very high in comparison of similar hotels nearby.One has to carry own's luggage from reception to the room .No room service available.Even tea is not provided in the room.One has to come down to have a tea.No breakfast was provided till 7.30 a.m despite informing emergency one day before.Very worst hotel in Satna,I have ever seen.

Rooms are very good. Clean lenin. Staffs are very polite. And location is also very good
