Worst experience in this resort never suggest anyone to do any functions on this resort.... They speak anything and do nothing after full payment.. Every service is bad no waiters will be cooperative they didn't listen anything...

Very poor management, haven't been to such place before, no management no attentiveness at all, it doesn't even deserve a single star, don't visit this place if you don't want to get disappoint.

There were no proper arrangements to the guests they didn't provide rooms on time. Instead of 2 stages they gave just 1 that too very cramped space. Their co-owner Anuj Agrawal did lot of talk talks but did nothing and since he knew he can't deliver promised services, he asked for 100% payment day before and was missing on the day of event. We ourselves had to serve guests the starters Only 2 staff were there and that too only serving selectively Electricity was switched off 3 times bcos of which our planned Orchestra and LED display went flop They didn't provide the agreed food menu items Highly untidy place The hall was very very hot, hardly any AC was functional, we struggled for 4 hrs and finally moved out to swimming pool area which was cramped in space We ourselves had to plug in only available cooler for such a big hall We observed, they had few girl players for skating champion who too were struggling there Especially Anuj Agrawal their sales men is a - CHEATER! FRAUD! He boasts of connections with Satna collector from whom he gets the contract of stay and food for state and national players for games hosted in Satna there is no proper manager who manages things. NEVER EVER go to Crown Resort!

Great place to host big and small functions

We've had the worst experience here. We booked this hotel for a wedding. Taps were not working in four rooms. Power cut off twice. Rooms were not clean. Food was not prepared, we waited for two hours. They took money in advance and were very slow to do anything.

Best resort for less crowd

the only thing is that they have big place but they can't manage that place there is no proper arrangements to the guests they didn't provide the blanket, pillow. at the middle of the night they are gone to search blanket from other hotels and resorts there is not proper manager who manages the things
