Hotel Shivam Palace

The location, budget, and hospitality are okay, but the maintenance is seriously terrible. The environment is as dirty as some student hostels in UP, which have been used for centuries. The sheets and pillows are not properly cleaned, as seen in the following photos, and they seem to have never been washed for months. And the serving guy seems always drunk, as some other reviews mentioned. It is okay to have a one-night short stay if necessary, but it is definitely not a three-star hotel, as the owner claims on Google Maps. For the comfort and health of all, I would kindly recommend all travellers to think twice before deciding to stay here. Finding a much better hotel in Satna is not difficult.

Very very good took care of each and every thing all the time, breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing marriage arrangement was very nice we didn't have any problem through out the marriage hall rooms were neat and clean. I my family and my all relatives enjoyed my sons wedding and were very happy.

Food is good tasty hygienic. For small functions or sadi place is very good in winter or rainy seasons. But is summers experience very bad because it's a closed place so humidity is there. Other then this everything good.
