Hotel Royal Inn

If this was a 2 star hotel, the value would have been fabulous. However it was rated as 4 star which is very misleading. The rooms had damp on the walls, and squares cut out of the walls for potential electrical sockets. The bed was functional and tidy, however, the shower didn't work and I note several other reviews have mentioned this as well. Hotel owner was great, couldn't do enough for us. The room was in poor state and definitely wasn't 4 star. There is a lot of potential in this hotel as it is very central and there are good restaurants close by. It appears the owner wants to develop the other 3 rooms and with a courtyard and when this is achieved it will be an even better place to stay and possibly an increase in star rating.

To start with, the staff is great, owner is super friendly and very keen to help, he himself attended us because I was worried about my stay with my dog, usually people deny entry to big dogs, but this place offered us safe and peaceful stay. It would have been pleasant if the owner would have offered the stay, but what made it awesome, he helped out of the box and beyond boundaries. Entire staff was asked to help us so that my fur baby can stay comfortably.

The owner is very supportive and cooperative no matter at what you are reaching out to him, when we were coming from Prayagraj we stayed at one of the room and the owner of hotel not only made available room for us at late night 3 am but also he guided as actively till the time we reached at the hotel. The room and bathroom was also very hygienic. You will not be forced to leave at 11 am. Keep up the good work.

It was a good experience in staying with this property. Neatly maintaind with modern facilities. Mr. Amar, owner of the property was very helpfull, accomodating starting from the checking in early and very oblizing for a late checkout. Avery thing was in place for a pleasent stay. I stayed for 2 days here and felt like i was in home. Totaly a great stay. Pricing for the facilities provided is very normal.

We had to stay in Satna unexpectedly as our car broke down while returning from Maha Kumbh. Given that it was late in the evening, we weren't sure what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, toilet, and sheets. The owner went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, understanding that we were still in shock due to our vehicle trouble. Additionally, we were slightly delayed in checking out due to the car repairs, but he was extremely accommodating and understanding. Truly grateful for such warm hospitality!

The host Amar was very kind and helpful. He tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room needs repair work but it was worth the money.

At First instance As We Arrived At Station We Were Shocked n Surprised That Mr. Amar Saraf with The Rickshaw Fellow n Arrived Like Royal Ambassadors To The Hotel Royal Inn. The Room I stayed was Room No 302 was Quiet Spacious n Airy. The Staff Who Served us Breakfast n Dinner were well behaved. To Sum It up on short it was like staying in my own home like a Princess. If at all we plan to come again to Satna I will definitely come again to this Hotel Royal Inn with No Hitch in my Mind. Thanks n God Bless . Wishing Best For Future As Well.

Friendly Attitude gave us the opportunity like a Family to Mr. Saraf. His Staff was very co-operative n helpful. Would Recommend my Family n friends to come n visit the Hotel once.
