Hotel Park

Service was a little slow. The rooms were not clean. The bed was not made after the previous guest. Bedsheets were stained & cleaned. Later hotel staff changed it. The washroom was big but hot water was not coming and the shower panel was rustic & old. We booked a room in presidential suite ,they should upkeep the room. There were no liquid in handshower. Had to request staff for smaller things also. The best part was prompt delivery of food & the taste was also good. Even breakfast was also good.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Park Satna! Mr. Mukti was incredibly gracious and upgraded our room, which was a lovely gesture. He's such a cordial person and made sure our experience was seamless. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The food was also exceptional - every meal was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and great food!

This hotel is close to bus stand and on the rewa road so very strategic and close to bus, train and airport(not functioning). Suit Rooms are big, spacious, clean and upscale to meet any 3 star standards. Room service is also good and staff is very polite and I must say honest. We forgot our jewelry box in the drawers and while checking out they returned it to us. I was impressed with that gesture. However, if you pay by cash please ensure you double check the amount and count in front of the reception. I saw in satna that they forgot to count 1 or 2 notes and it's a common problem in all shops. Go digital in India

Nice and comfortable hotel we found on our road trip from down south to Ayodhya during Mahakumbh.People out here are amazingly friendly ready to help whenever needed. A must stay place. Highly recommended.

Ok experience...worst service...food is ok..waiter will serve you anything including food with chewing Gutkha all the time... They value Gutkha more than guests. You don't have any option to stay in Satna....
