Hotel Mahamaya

We recently stayed at this hotel and booked two rooms for five people. At check-in, the receptionist informed us that an extra bedding charge of 300 would apply, which we agreed to and paid in advance. Despite requesting the extra bedding multiple times--both in person at the reception and later via room service--it was never provided. Each time, we were assured that it would be arranged, but nothing was done. Since our stay was short, we had no choice but to manage without it. At checkout, we requested a refund for the extra bedding charge, as the service was not provided, but the staff refused. The overall service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor customer service and lack of accountability. This version keeps your original experience intact while making it clearer and more structured. Worst hotel, bad service, Fraud receptionist. No towel, water provided. Very smelly. Too many mosquitoes. There was no geyser, tv was just a dummy, phone was dead, poor room service. I checked in at 11 pm and wanted to checkout at 4 PM. For an extra person, they charged extra amount of 300 rs for extra bed. They didn't provided the bed and they even didn't refund for it. When we asked, receptionist start lying infront of all staff when staff was agree with us. Non-cooperative receptionist which doesn't know how to talk with guests. Would suggest everyone not to go there

We had our stay at the hotel and booked 2 rooms as we were 5 persons and Reception person said for extra bedding we need to pay 300 extra for which we agreed and paid the whole advance amount. We requested reception person 4 times to provide extra bedding he said ok you jus go to your room will arrange the same. As we were having short duration for stay we however managed in the room and requested over the phone to room service for extra bedding but still they said will arrange the same. At the time of checkout we requested them that since you have not provided us with extra bedding therefore refund our amount for extra bedding but they refused for refund. The service was very bad. Would never suggest anyone to stay here worst service.

Name is perfect.It is Maya.It looks like hotel but it is a kind of railway station. No hot water and staff is unresponsive and rude.You have to wait till sun rises and makes solar panel works.It is just behind the satna railway station and you can hear all announcements and learn all railway routes.Lift will be closed at nights and don't gets till 7am. Hotel needs lot of improvement otherwise owner has to sell it soon.

Pathetic rooms, dirty toliet seat, hairs are on the floor, TV not working, Outside rooms huge Carabage.. Except location everything is worst..

Disgusting & pathetic service. Don't get lured by online pics. They are fake.They don't provide drinking water nor mineral water bottles.No one is interested in serving the customers. Manager is interested only about payments.

All in one best place to stay nearby railway station with clean and neat rooms , they provide quality food too.
