Hotel Apaar Residency

Don't book this hotel. Staff behaviour is not good. Rooms are not good and smelling. Windows in inside area and curtains are visible for both side.

Very bad room. No intercom and hot water. Bed are dirty and towel are very dirty. Room are not clean and smelling. You can see picture.

You will get the rooms at an affordable price and the services are good. Some rooms are good and spacious. But some are not spacious and clean. Before giving the amount or allotment of room check it and finalize the room. About the food I will recommend to place order 30 minutes prior because they took time to serve the food even though food was good and served hot. The staff behaviour is pleasing and the hotel location is also good nearer to all the shops or facilities needed.

The hotel looks good from outside. But the rooms are too weird. At reception there were a person was looks like a dhabe wala, very casual, and other person who dropped me till room was like a Kaka ji, having pagdi on head. No body I've seen in hotel, when asked, kaka ji told all stayed guests went to marriage.Totally it was looking like a horror movie seen. I've listened cat voice also there. But no doubt both of the people were very polite and humble. They provide me dental kit and oil. In room there were no opening window out side and that is making too much suffocation and very bad smell. I ask them to have another option, then they show me another big room, and told that your booking is for deluxe but I giving you a luxury option. That room was like a hall and the bathroom size was approximately 12x8 feet, that is so large. But the room smell was same as very bad. It was smelling that no body was there from long time. No air ventilation. AC, fan and TV was working well. Sofa, dining table, drawer furniture were looking very old like that is carried from Harappa (funny). A white layer were rolled up on the furniture. As I reached at 10 pm, no food was available. I ordered from outside. In night mosquito also tortured me. Due to suffocation I opened my room's door in night. I never would like to come here again.

Overall good experience with this hotel, it is located near to Satna Bus stand. Neat and clean room and bathroom. Lift facilities are available. And at one ring instant you will get response, overall nice structure. AC rooms are available. You can face some problem like tight parking and it is located slightly inside the main road, so it is slightly difficult to find its location and beacuse of narrow road, sometimes two car get stuck in between.

Good place for staying. Nice service. Room was cleaned and spacious. Staff have provide good service. They provide free internet service too. Air condition was powerful so cool room instantly. Food was available but not too tasty.

Could book it online. The breakfast is not part of any package. The food was good and the staff was very courteous. Rooms are smaller but given the price, it should not be an issue. Bathrooms fittings need some repairing / replacements. The AC vent was left to drip in the bathroom. Accepts card payments. It is besides a Domino's outlet which means you have an eating-out option nearby.
