Rooms were very clean. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Overall it was a great experience.

The room was spacious, clean & well maintained. The food was delicious, great value for money. Special gratitude to the M. D of the hotel, Manager Mr. Sagar & Deepak, they were amazing, always ready to help, made our stay very comfortable. I hope to visit again in the future. God bless you all Dorothy Mumbai

First of all this hotal situated almost outside of city satna. Not any shop or market near about in this hotal.main problem mobile network are very weak there... and they don't have any type of wifi facility. As a outsider... me and my family members faced more challenges. Room was clean but room service is zero. we ask about chai many time they took almost 1or 1.30 hr for 5 cup chai or coffee. Not any a.c. and t.v. are working they even not give remot in any room...when we complained about it they just stand like moron and not give any solution. Mostly worker and boys was very rude about any our work. We didn't have any choice in last moment otherwise we go anywhere else. Totally disappointed.

Service quality of this hotel is best for groups as well as family. Food quality is awesome. Waiters are good for supports. Rooms are available. Also we can book this for engagement, tilak , birthday party , marriage and many more functions. It is placed outside 8 km from the bus stand. In the panna road.

Good place. Nice big lawns . I went there to attend a marriage ceremony and stayed also. Rooms are good, food was great and staff was also nice and responsive. Few things need to be improve like clean bedsheets, adding few cloth hangers .

It is an excellent place in satna. Enormous space for any functions, parking etc. Food is amazing. Staff is pretty good and always ready for any support. Slightly on the outskirts of the city but worth every penny.

Good very nice staff and services

Very good restaurant in satna for family as well as for friends also. They provide very good service and good quality of food had served to customer with hygiene. Rate of each item is higher as compared to others but it should affordable with a good quality of food and hygiene.
