No hot water in rooms had to complain like 20 times but still got a new room next day for shower.. TV tata sky recharge not done in most rooms need to inform for every small thing...

Everything was worst staff members to service to room took 3 k a day but service like worst there room handel was broken but they took money from us no cleaning done took extra charges knowing we are new , i usually never give bad reviews but i thougt its manda to give so u all be aware .

Hotel with good build quality but has not been able to maintain it. Walls were not clean, Bed linen and Towel were quite old which doesn't give you nice feel. I stayed for 2 days with 2 different rooms, one of which was having a dirty bathroom with Taps leaking and Pan masal stains all over

I am very dissatisfied with the service of the hotel. Firstly, the bed linen and blankets were dirty and smelly. Taps in the wasroom was leaky and also shower tap's nob was missing. Also latrine flush was not working properly. Also i am not satisfied with the staff service.

They dont accept online booking and coz of which when i arrived there was chaos and in peak summer mid noon was denied a room by the hotel. On top of everything they dont even de-list their hotel from online sites like goibibo, MMT, OYO, etc. STAFF IS SUPER RUDE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE YOUR TRIP WILL BE AWFUL AT THE VERY BEGINNING.

Never go there via oyo. Pathetic support from oyo. I had booked one room for 2 days and another for 1 day. But after 1 day I was asked to vacate as there was a party in hotel and oyo gave no support and didn't refund.

It was an awesome experience. Nice food with quality service. Peaceful place and no headache of getting any worries of outside world. 3 star hotel but considering the location its 4 star.
