They share a wonderful photo while Booking, once we reach the stay place the actual experience was horrible, bathroom was very dirty, when we asked to clean boy over the counter denied and said rukna hai toh ruko nai th jao koi baat nai, this is worst experience. Avoid.

Experience was not good..room is dirty. There are mosquito and lizard in room Bas experience in first time

Very bad hotel no service everything bad nothing no towels no bathroom slippers.

Rooms are good Toilets average But very poor mentality booked 2 rooms for 4 persons may be just to save extra money from electricity AC of both rooms went off at around 3AM blower was only on. Disgusting!! Hence from 4 to 2 .

Everything was fine but there was an auto from the hotel for the drop, they charged Rs 100 till the bus stand which was only 1 kilometer away from the hotel, the hotel did not suit me in this regard and the pick and drop charges were also charged from the guest

My experience was fantabulous...I was first time visiting satna,and this is the best property and you definitely get a comfortable saty, the service was excellent ,neat and cleaniness was well maintained...and mr.Daddu who was the manager was very humble and quite attendive... overall my experience about this residency was an amazing I'll definitely recommend my friends and family.

Its a hotel in Bit interior of residential colony. Rooms are ok. But maintenance is not at par with its prices. They offer complimentary breakfast as well All together I suggest hotel owners to be more careful with bedsheets. They are washed but stains not removed. Curtains near washroom area are not washed. We were given immerson rod for hot water. Thats ok. Its was a ok stay for 3 days. But hotel need to improve a lot to meet the standard of nearby hotels.

It was clean, wid excellent rooms nd room were spacious and spotless, wid great decor nd crisp bed sheets, the staff were attentive nd went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable, great value for money nd service was attentive nd efficient
