I recently attended engagement of my friend at Vrindavan Marriage Hall, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The venue itself is spacious, with both indoor and outdoor options, making it ideal for hosting large gatherings. The decor was tasteful, with elegant floral arrangements and well-maintained lighting that created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring the event went smoothly. They were proactive in assisting guests and making sure everything was in place throughout the celebration. The food was a highlight--well-cooked and served in abundance, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Parking was convenient, and the location was easy to access, which is always a plus when attending large events. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a venue for weddings or large gatherings...

They are pet friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are big, well equipped with facilities and clean. The food we ordered from their restaurant was tasty and in good quantity. Overall , good experience with my dogs.

Pathetic experience as I checked in at 3 am and staff told me the price 3000 incl. breakfast for double occupancy room but in the morning after breakfast the charged me heavy amount for breakfast and said the breakfast was not incl. in the price. In addition room service is also pathetic as we need to ask them for each and everything like towels water bottles which are basic amenities in an hotel or resort. Totally spoiled my stay thanks to peoperty staff and property GM for not co-operating nature I wish them good luck for such kind of service. I would love to say kitchen staff is top notch and they are people who know the meaning of hospitality.

The staff was rude and unprofessional, acting like they didn't care about the guests. Requests for basic amenities like towels or room cleaning were either ignored or took hours to fulfill. The front desk was unhelpful and unresponsive, and the overall attitude was dismissive. It felt like the staff was doing the bare minimum. I would not recommend staying here if you expect decent customer service.

At celebrate my sister birthday at Vrindavan hotel I did not like eating their not did the arrangement there the the arrangement there are of very poor qualitynor is the food servicing there are not good all the waiters there are bad behaviour they do not behave like guest.. know the room are not clean nor the place is not good the general manager there is a very bad type of person he is way of talking to the guest is not right at all..

Wonderful place to stay here hospitality are very good and room boys and reception counter very kind and respectful When it's come to restaurant waiters are the very good and soft Happy night we spend here while coming MP must visit here and enjoy the day

I had excellent stay at Vrindavan greens. Hotel owner and staff are very supportive. Food quality is also good here Had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Ambience is good, but for water bottle they are charging 38/- instead of MRP 20/-. In addition to that again GST @5% on 38/-. Concerned team look into this on priority and do not cheat people. Follow the rules of MRP and GST.
