Food is Fantastic, Service is very slow. Rooms are okayish but you get the Value for money as this is one of the cheapest hotels out there. Location is top notch, just in front of river and just 100 meters away from Madhai entry gate for Jungle Safari

We had a wonderful stay at the resort for three nights with our family. The location is excellent, offering a peaceful and pleasant environment. The food was fresh & tasti. The service was good, with supportive and friendly staff. Ultimately it was really good stay in affordable price for us.

This hotel is located right on the lake front. Room rates are very reasonable as compared to surrounding hotels. food is very good. we enjoy the stay. best option for the madai Jungle Jeep Safari.

Lovely budget lodge just facing the madhai river and at walkable distance from Madhai safari gate. This is the best place to stay if you are looking for a reasonable stay in Madhai. The staff is very friendly and the food is very delicious. I really enjoyed my time. The view from this hotel is simply amazing and winter is the best time to visit this place. You can easily book this hotel through make my trip portal at a very reasonable cost. Overall a lovely experience

Not so great experience at Hotel Sunshine Madhai. We recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine Madhai as a large family group with 12 adults and 5 children. Positives: * Good Location: The hotel's location is decent, and the front room offered a pleasant view of the Tawa Reservoir. Negatives: * Room Quality: * Significant disparity in room quality. Only the front room met expectations with a spacious bed and clean linen. * Other rooms lacked proper ventilation and had subpar linen quality. * Cottage rooms were particularly disappointing with extremely poor linen quality and musty blankets. * Washroom Issues: Washrooms were generally unclean and unhygienic. Many had malfunctioning flushes. * Food Quality: * Snacks like fries, pakoda, Maggi, and poha were decent. * However, the main course was a major letdown. The paneer was of poor quality and had an unpleasant smell, forcing us to return it. The quality of rice and roti was also below average. * Staff Behavior & Service: * Staff behavior was inconsistent and below average. Some staff members were intoxicated in the morning. * The hotel appeared understaffed. When we approached them for assistance with our stuck vehicle, they claimed to be too busy to help. Overall: While the hotel's location is a plus, the significant issues with room quality, food, and staff service significantly impacted our stay. We would have expected a higher standard of service and amenities given the size of our group. Recommendation: Consider addressing the issues with room quality, hygiene, and staff training to improve the overall guest experience. very good stay arrangement and services. staff is very much cooperative with smily presentation. Food preperation is really very tasty with home made feeling... location is best in the area on the bank of back water

Roof of bathroom was dripping continuously. Toilet seat sounding like whistle whole night, due to gassing in chamber. Poor maintenance but location was good.
