Visited with my family..had a great time with a beautiful view. Delicious good quality food. The staff is very polite and literally kind and hardworking. If u are on medication do carry it as there is no medical shop in radius of 15kms.

Amazing experience and beautiful location. Friendly staff and food is also good. Location wise also it's nice and all important activities of Satpura Tiger Reserve easily accessible from here. You can spend good quiet time with your closed ones.

Had a real good experience staying at the property. Rooms were clean, food was good and staff was really helpful. Most of all Mr. Pinaki at the front desk is the best!! He guided us with everything there is from reaching here to booking safari. Make sure you ask for him while you are making your reservation.

The hotel is located at prime location which is at walking distance from Boat point. The views from rooms are excellent and it's located just on river front. Manager Mr. Sharad Patel and other staff members Trilok, Rakesh, Karan are extremely helpful. This was our second visit to this property with family and we enjoyed a lot. My son has enjoyed so much that he was ready to miss jungle safari. Must stay if u are visiting Satpuda national park.

Location is best. Lake view follows by Forest , followed by Satapuda hills are amazing. Service is very prompt, staff is very cooperative. Must go for Night safari. This is unforgettable experience.

We stayed at this place for 2nights- must say such a wonderful ambiance on the place. It's a hidden gem - few positives is the service n location- top notch Point to consider is room size - not huge but clean n good for couple n a kid. Network is a concern so pls get a jio sim before visiting. Nevertheless what a wonderful experience we had here n the team tried there beat to make our experience memorable.Must visit.

Worst hotel , no responsible staff , there were goons doing hooglism after drinking inside the property at 3 am. No respect for any one privacy or time! Book at your own risk!

The pictures of the rooms and the reviews online were completely misleading. The rooms were much smaller and the bathroom sink was filthy and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. The hand towels provided were filthy. We were promised wifi but there was no wifi. The staff were very disorganised and had not planned anything in advance for instance we had paid for three safaris but neither of them had been booked in advance. There was only vegetarian food that was provided. The location also was not good. There were cows everywhere ruining the river side view. This is the worst place to stay and I would strongly recommend against it. For the amount we paid it was not worth it at all I have stayed in Oyo rooms better than this this for 1/3rd the price.
