Overall its a good place. We are here for dinner, non veg of Vandana is awesome, veg is also good but majority of people prefer non veg here. But location is too crowded coz it's in deep market.

Nice Hotel. Room Service Is Good. Hotel's Located In Market Area As Everything's Available Nearby This Hotel As Well As Railway Station Is Just 600 metres away from this Hotel. Food's Available Here 24x7, But Food's Taste Is Average. Maybe Their Cooks Are Not That Much Professional. By The Way Hotel's Rooms Are Neat And Clean. Bathrooms Are Well Cleaned And Basically Rooms Are Available At Affordable Prices. Even There's A Bar Inside This Hotel. Veg And Non-veg Cuisine Both Are Available In Their Restaurant.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel due to the appalling behavior of the manager. Their rude and unprofessional attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. If there was negative star rating, I could have given it. Even after request, room for driver was not allotted. The Towel in the room was left wet even after room cleaning. When the matter was taken up at the reception, the person sitting there was rude and replied that we are not your servants. Cockroach all over the room. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in providing any assistance. My stay was bad by this encounter, and I would caution anyone considering staying here to think twice before booking. We stayed there as all other good hotels were booked because of prime minister's visit. Don't consider this hotel if you have any other option.

A nostalgic Place . What I can say bad for this place or how I can say bad for this place. Since the beginning of my career this hotel fed me and gave me shelter. Nothing is bad, excellent service and quality of food. Even their Bar is very good, staff is helping and polite, infra is good.

Extremely rude attitude of the serving staff. ordered chilly chicken and fried rice which was extremely salty like the ocean. Zero quality standards for food and service. When we gave them the feedback they were offended even thought we paid full price. Zero taste Negative behavior. If you have some decent taste buds and crave for good food never come here. Better have dal and rice in some highway dhaba than spend a single penny here. The servers act like ex bandits from chambal ravine. You'll be threatened between the lines if you have any suggestions or complaints. Better eat what's served and pay and go home while you can.

Average rooms for the price charged. Located in market area near the Railway station. Lot of vehicular traffic. Food is also average & price is high. However for solo travellers is OK considering the town.
