We reached at hotel around 11.30PM tired and no energy. Reception staff was courteous and very helpful. It was smooth check in. Resort restaurant was time was up but they got ready to serve us and took our order immediately with out any excuse. This show how you make your guest comfortable and service standard thanks to the restaurant service staff who just waited to serve us appreciate this. Breakfast next day had many varieties that was also delicious. If you are looking for hotel option in Sagar this is one of the best one.

10 "Heritage convention " A very nice hotel. New construction. Very well made hotel. It's on the outskirts of the city Sagar. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food is good. Facility is equipped with all amenities. Good for staying for business, leisure and transit stay. Plenty of secured parking space. Swimming pool huge well maintained lawns. Can organise parties, corporate events etc.

We had a great stay twice at this property in the month of October. We stopped on our way here while traveling from Hyderabad to himanchal pradesh and back. The hotel is a bit inside but its great once you get to it. A friendly property pet will mostly greet you at the entrance. Check in and checkout are quick with the friendly reception staff. Also i did not have any issues of incorrect billing which i have faced at some other sagar hotels. All basic requirements are there in the room.

The place is good but is in a very remote area But the food is good. It is a good place to hold a family function

Very nice place. Clean and calm. Superb hospitality, good food and amazing property. The best part is that my pet dog enjoyed the most. He was loved and cared for instead of the usual norm of people being scared. Thanks!

Excellent place to stay with family and truly value for money . Recently stayed twice at Heritage conventions center. Very clean rooms and toilets. Food was amazing and also at reasonable cost. Ample parking space. Internet also was working well. Only constraint is location as it's bit inside Sagar, but otherwise everything is positive about this place.

Clean & Spacious rooms. Fast room service. Friendly staffs. Good food. Location is slightly interior.
