Wonderful stay The room service was excellent and the location was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious , especially the aloo paratha. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were very supportive and helpful.

We were in need of a room on the way to prayagraj for mahakumbh as all the rooms in the city as well as in this hotel was also full unable to find the room at 11pm so we went this place for room they were cooperative and accommodate us in hall

Terrible hotel. DO NOT STAY!! They don't offer any service and will charge you a premium price. Even if this is the last hotel with a room available, don't pay more than Rs. 1,000.

The hotel is located at the center of the market place. I have been told that this hotel belongs to rewa royal family. The location is good. Parking place available at the front of the hotel. Reception people were ok and helpful. Rooms are good but don't expect much... Basic stay rooms. Bathrooms were found neat and clean but smelly..... You will need to ask to change towels on daily basis if you stay longer. They are having restaurant but i never been to restaurant. Food quality is ok but i could not enjoy and had digestion issue. Breakfast in the room.... All my stay poha and tea.... For dinner i tried different dishes but found not good so dal and roti.... Room service I found good. People were good. Overall my stay was Ok. I will say if you need basic stay and if your expectation are less then its ok

This is part of royal family hotels, Good place for stay. Located in the middle of the city near the main market. Service is good. I have used it for business trip, family friend's stay and even had hosted family functions. I met Mr.Mukesh the hotel manager, he helped me through my multiple stays (specially while hosting family get-togethers and parties) even helped with arranging local site-seeing for my friends. Satisfied with the service staff and food

window area not proper fitting any grill and very scary for children safty .my experiance very bad for this hotel. and mainly this window side safty not this palace sucide view.
