OYO Hotel Captain Inn

I would not recommend Hotel Captain Inn to anyone. The rooms are dirty, the service is slow, and the location is inconvenient. I stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was dirty and dusty. There were cobwebs in the corners, and the sheets were stained. The bathroom was even worse. The shower was dirty, and the toilet was clogged. I went down to the front desk to complain, but the staff was not helpful. They said that the rooms were clean, and that I was just being picky. I asked for a different room, but they said that they were all full. I tried to sleep in the dirty room, but I couldn't. I was too uncomfortable. I ended up staying up all night, and I left the hotel the next morning as soon as I could. I would not recommend Hotel Captain Inn to anyone. It is a dirty, inconvenient, and overpriced hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay in Rewa, I would recommend staying at a different hotel. Here are some specific examples of the problems I experienced at Hotel Captain Inn: The room was dirty and dusty. The sheets were stained. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was clogged. The staff was not helpful. The location was inconvenient. I would not stay at Hotel Captain Inn again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The room was ok but the service was poor. I booked and paid the full amount online. And when i reached the hotel reception they refused to check-in. They were asking rs. 600 more for the same room which was booked already through online. They held me over there for 2 hours without room, when i complained to customer care after lots of discussion they provided the room. Breakfast is very poor ( Poha and Chai)

Worst experience ever, OYO should stay away from these properties as it will impact it's reputation. Dirty rooms with full of spider and cobwebs, untidy bathroom. We had taken 2 rooms for 4 people. Both the rooms were same. Bedspreads are not changed and cleaned since ages i believe. Untidy pillows and bedspreads. Overall worst stay.

Dont follow google maps for this hotel its confusing

The owner is very useless. He deposits the amount online and later makes him deposit more amount and his behavior is very bad. Even after making full payment online, these people took Rs 750.

The hotel is worst in terms of service as well as hospitality. Owner is very rude. The fan and ac of the room stopped working at the midnight. Smelly rooms with ample of mosquitoes at your service. The owner unnecessarily charged extra 114 on the final amount. Overall go to some Dharamshala rather than this hotel.

Chitter I had a booking Oyo with them but still they charged me 250 extra

Worst experience after booking confirmation and when we reached the place they said room is not available. Never recommended
