Nice hotel. Situated in the heart of the city. Easy access to most places. Safe environment. I booked the super deluxe suite because I like to live in a spacious environment. The room had a bath and shower facility. There's a lovely hotel in the restaurant. Food is freshly prepared. Staff is cordial and always willing to help. Hotel has a hall on the fourth floor to cater for small functions. Around the hotel are many shops for easy shopping. Within walking distance are restaurants and market places. I feel a little more effort should be in maintaining the place as this is a very lovely hotel. I must admit though I really enjoyed my stay as I was willingly assisted by staff at all times

I had called the hotel and made a reservation for two rooms. When arrived, they told that they have only 1 room and would provide a extra bed for the price of those two rooms. We were given two options at 12' o clock at night that we pay unreasonable money for an uncomfortable stay or leave. I had paid an advance which they returned when we decided to not stay. Bad service.

In suit room ,noise of some machines always exist and sound of vehicles comes .Not experienced sound sleep because of these noise and sound.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city and provides a wonderful experience at reasonable rates. They also run their own food supply facility which is also decent. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities fitted. Neat and clean. Staff behaviour is also very good.

Unnecessary price hike. They are changing 6000 for 2000 rs room
