Full marks for the reception, staff service. Food is par excellence! We stayed here on the way back from Prayagraj. Although late check-in the reception and staff made us feel at home. I will prefer this hotel during my next visit!

Had booked a room for my parents while they were travelling from Ayodhya. Booked through booking.com and got a confirmation message as well but when we were just about to reach the place tried calling the contact num and with multiple tries a person answered the call and said that since advance payement is not done and since booking is not done through their website, he cannot provide room. My parents had to look for another place post long drive and in the night. Highly unreliable stay and not recommended to trust the confirmation received post booking. Don't visit bad experience and caused a lot of unconvince.

Not managed nicely, the rooms were not prepared despite early intimation to the hotel staff. Just ok, won't recommend others. Although the chowmein that I ordered was good. Apart from that, nothing good, just ok.

Although small but reasonably good, comfortable and clean. We loved the ambience of restaurant, food was good. Deficiencies in service in restaurant were noticeable, manager was very receptive, apologistic and open to suggestions.
