Hotel Surya

The location of the hotel is perfect in the middle of the city continent and reachable to the city center. With regards to room, they are pretty well maintained, and clean. The room service is excellent and people are very friendly caring and respectful. Rajendra Prasad Saket was very caring and supportive. Thanks for the excellent service and accommodation on our hectic trip. I would definitely recommend the hotel for any one to stay .

1/5 - Worst Experience at Hotel Surya, Rewa I had a terrible stay at Hotel Surya, Rewa. The rooms were dirty, with stained bedsheets and a bad smell. The bathroom was unhygienic, with leaking taps and no proper cleaning. Staff was rude and unresponsive, showing no concern for guests' needs. Overall, this hotel is overpriced and not worth it. I would never recommend it to anyone. Avoid if you want a comfortable stay!

My Experience here was pathetic and very unpleasant, first of all even if you have paid for AC Room and there's been a power cut, the staff won't care at all and the charges will stay same. In Such Old and Reputed Hotels we expect them to have Power back-up but there's nothing which could run the AC. We Stay here for 24hrs and faced Power cuts more than 15 times in our whole Duration and even after telling about all this on reception not even a penny was compensated from our Bill. Secondly the AC was dripping water so much that by the morning almost whole room was wet, even my Shoes kept beside the bed got Soaked. After all this they even Charge for water bottles that too 30 for a Normal 20 Water Bottle. I was utterly disappointed by the cheap activities and carelessness of such Old and Reputed Hotel. Please Plan your Stay accordingly Guy's, there are even better hotels nearby.. Thanks

One the best hotel room service is good in room dinein is to good dpecially there tea is so good amit ji is kind person and helped a lot i traveld to rewa for business purpose from indore and stayed there for 3 day every month

Hotel is good. Room is specious. Amenities are modern. Location also ok. Offline price is little bit high as respect to online price. Please take care about food quantity. Food quantity is low. Other all is OK.

Our's was a group of 10 friend with families visiting Rewa for 3/4 days and stayed at Hotel Surya. Very Conveniently located with neat and clean Rooms and excellent Services 24/7. The Hotel staff and Mgmt was overtly Helpful in meeting our requirement & food quality V Good and timely delivered.. Wishing Them our very Best

It was a good Hotel to stay at budget prices. Excellent services and very attentive and polite staff. Its an old properry with may be more than 100s of rooms, but its clean tidy and comfortable. Food was also very good. You may never need to remind for anything you requested or ordered. I would prefer to book again this hotel For sure.
