Hotel Samdareeya

Staff behavior very bad not clear to communicate, not supporting in emergency, i have requested 2 hr extra stay but he is out me the hotel, very bad behavior, samdareeya rule in jabalpur picup and drop in from station but this facility is not available in rewa .

I stayed in this hotel with my family with an expectation of a comfortable experience after >700 km drive. But, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences of my stays. ||Rooms - OK|Location -Good|Staff behavior- Pathetic, rude, arrogant |Bathroom - Pathetic |It seems there was no plan while placing lights and taps in the bathroom. Very unprofessional. ||Most disappointing was the RUDE behavior of hotel receptionist (Dwivedi), he asked us to vacate the hotel and leave and go to some other place at 330 am and after paying full payment in advance. He said, "You have already made advance payment, so he is not worried."||List of disappointments is endless. ||Do not suggest staying at this property. I'm not sure about other hotels of the group.

Hotel is good..all staff and room service very good..but outside the hotel drain system are fail...it's creat very bed smell...that why first impressions of locality are not good

3 star hotel with good near new Bus stand movie and stay

We have celebrated introduction function of my daughter here. Easily accessible location, neat ambience and huge hall. The quality of food is excellent. They are having some catalogue for packages to be selected. Nice response from the management too. We have paid advance and explained whatever we want. Then we directly went to the hall without any worries just like guests and everything was perfect.

If I am checking in early then I am also checking out early. If I am checking out within 24 hours then why am I charged extra This is wrong service. Staff behavior not good

Should increase Complementary Breakfast Menu. Food was tasty by the way.

The location of this hotel is main attraction. But the food is horrible except buffets breakfast. If you prebook the meal, it seems they serve you waste of their food. I ordered chhola bhatura and it was papad bhatoora.. and dinner thali was a mixture of used and waste food. Wi fi does'nt work, staff and reception are not cooperative at all.
