Hotel Paradise

The hotel's name is Paradise, but for those who stay here, it's nothing short of hell. The bathroom doesn't have a hot water facility. For 7-8 rooms, there's only one heating coil. To heat water, one has to directly place the coil in a plastic bucket. There's no provision to hold the heater in the bucket, so people submerge it directly, burning the bucket's edges and making it impossible to fill with water. As a result, one has to bathe in cold water even in winter. Additionally, there's no towel hanger provided even to hang the clothes in the bathroom. The bathroom doesn't even have an exhaust fan, so the stench fills the bedrooms. Sleeping at night is a nightmare. Overall, this Paradise is truly a hell.

This property is on the third floor of crowed area with no lift facility. There is no parking facility abd you have find that on your own. The rooms were not cleaned properly and have stink with very bad smell. There is no basic facilities such as cloth hangers hot water storage to keep your cloths and exhaust fan in bath room. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing any issues and were not helpful. Additionally, the amenities advertised were either non-existent or poorly maintained. I expected much more for the price I paid and will not be returning. Sleeping at night is a nightmare. Overall, this Paradise is truly a hell

Initially I had seen a lot of negative feedback so I was scared to book a room but despite ignoring all the feedback I booked a room with my couple. You will not believe that you will not get a better couple and family room than this anywhere else in Rewa. All the staff here are fully supportive and friendly including the manager here. I don't know the name of the manager here, but he is a very nice man. This is my personal opinion, if anyone is thinking of taking a room in Rewa with their couple then they must visit Hotel Paradise once. I have no personal relationship with the people at Hotel Paradise. I am writing all this so that you do not pay attention to all the negative comments which are not true at all. In the end I will do the same from Hotel Paradise, I will be grateful to you from the bottom of my heart for providing such a good service.

Never go for this hotel. We booked it online as we were going to Prayagraj from Bhopal. When we reached there they said we don't have tie-up with Oyo anymore so we can't allow you to check in. It was around 8 pm and it would have been impossible to find another accomodation considering Kumbh crowd. They said you can get room but you have to pay double the amount of online booking. That's pathetic. They didn't even inform us in advance. No professionalism no sensitivity towards the guests. There were other people also who faced similar situation. Please don't book this hotel.

Seriously very bad Experience no facility much and no hot water not much comfortable for girls and room conjested 4000 they took for double bed room.compare to extra bed is very think that's not ok for elders actually we didn't get other hotels so (from Prayagraj)last option we came here in Rewa city.even washroom also not that good.Building only new. Normal price I guess very less.before going don't book online or in call ofline is best to check pnece even what we ll see in Google and realty is toooo Different so that am writing review bcz others especially girls tc before going. I saw other review may be this for couples not for families.

Its a trap. Dont book online and dont pay also while online booking.they will deny check-in and dont refund the money. Worst experience ever. Its just money earning scheme without giving you the room when booked online. Shame on you.

Very hopeless staff, manager on desk is denied Oyo booking for two rooms and give one only with extra charge, applied his own rent, took advantage of late hrs for earning money. No water in toilet, took charges of ac room and given non AC room. No teapoy no table no cupboard in the room. No ventilation in the bathroom, and room. Lots of mosquito, I was using apps to rent hotel room from last 13 days in different city, but fund very bad experience with these 'Rewa' city hotel people. No one should rent this hotel room.

Staff person are giving good reviews to increase Google rating. Amit Patel is staff manager here. Not worthy to book online. It's a trap for nagging customer. Don't accept online booking. Don't pay in advance.
