Hotel Pal Residency

One of worst place for occasion. I planned brother's engagement and they spoiled our function. They start function hall cleaning and decoration at 11am. Very bad decoration, they used all decoration material from previous party. They denied to serve breakfast with reason it's not ready. We don't have any option at that point because we have to do our function. Worst quility food. We paid Rs500 per plate but if we compare from other place, plate cost was harldy 100/-. They didn't serve puri, kachori. Most of food finished and half of guest left without food.one of most embarrassing program from outside because of their negligence.

The room is smelling of sweat. Pan stains on the floor. Unprofessional staff. TV remote not working. Floor unclean. Towels and water bottle not placed in room. Owner not reachable. I am posting pics also. Don't fall for the trap of this hotel being MMT Assured hotel. Changed my room

This is the only hotel that will charge you in advance. Had to wait for 35 minutes just for a cup of tea. Whats more, they charge the full amount including GST but they will never send you the bill. If you are doing a corporate or a business travel, please do not consider this hotel. I checked out of this hotel on 31 July and I had to keep following up with them for a proper GST bill which was then sent to me on 5 August. Then front office or/and the staff will never receive your call if you try to follow up with them.

Its a bad experince with our doctors couligue, staff are so roud and bad behaviour. Staff are dnt know about welcome and manners about talk. I suggest pal regency hounour kindly change your staff specially 2nd floor reception manager.. Thanks..

No 1- they don't accept bookings from any of online platform. So not friendly for corporate stays. No 2- on 3rd floor and lift doesn't work. No 3- just asked the receptionist about rates which was preety higher as per location so reply was, SIR, WE'RE PROVIDING AC ROOMS So walked out as couldn't afford AC ROOMS

Very Bad Experience, Only Room interior is good but, very mosquito in rooms and service is very bad totally unprofessional staff. Food quality is also very low. Taking full payment in advance during check in. And not provide bill after check out. Will send by mail.

The worst experience ever... the location is good but the staff is soo rigid.. non cooperative.. there was no hot water in the bathroom n after requesting so much they provied water in buckets.. then they left our room unlocked after housekeeping.. n when we complained the owner behaved so rudely... then they didn't allow us to use lift at night and the security gaurd was not opening the gate when we returned at night.. when you are in hospitality industry you really need to learn some basic manners..

Vahiyaat hotel......central geyser is not functional , rooms r on the 5th floor nd lift is not functional , setup box of tv is not recharged, rooms are not hygienic nd there is mosquitoes problem , once u check in here forget abt your peace of mind u have to argue everytime with the staff to get things done .......only thing they r good in is taking advance payment ..... Never ever recommend this hotel to any one had worst experience
