Hotel Mayank

Unprofessional behavior. I was travelling with my family and I booked a room in the morning and thank god I called them again in the evening for confirmation since our travel day was nearby. The person on the phone denied our stay saying that the booking amount is low and it can not be processed. Hence, I had to book another place. Try to avoid this place.

Worst experience with the Room paid Rs 1300/- (without gst) for a servent quater for 1 night. Food is good otherwise. i would not recommend any one to stay a single night.Even in the event of crises better stay in station rather in hotel mayank. All photos are fake and reviews are also i think fake.

Officer @mayank was rude who could not help the troubled or stranded traveller.. We were moving on road towards Prayagraj on 9/2/25...the next day President of India was coming to take dip @kumbhmela.. It was recorded on media of heavy traffic stopped before toll gate at sinora for long, long hours. Traffic police/securities said movement is restricted till next day eve... Hence all devotees were forced to sit in car/ buses etc. We called Hotel mayank to adjust or cancel our booking of that day... (Full payment) was done.. But neither goibibo or hotel mayank heard our grievances to give solutions for refund of payment or adjust for next day... The curse of troubled travellers will not go waste... Request all not to book with them or make full payment in advance... Already this season enough income they have minted plus money from us who could not reach... Hence amt paid was lost.. God will not bless such institutions... who cheat public.

It's located in Rewa town and it's bang on the highway . Good place to stay, People who travel from this road try to give a stop here and rest for the day and proceed.

Food is not good. We have ordered Curd rice its ice cold with half cooked rice.

Hotel Mayank is at excellent location. Rooms are of high standards, food & service is delighting. The ambience, food, Location... Everything is top notch. Staff behaviour & interaction with the guests is commendable. Loved my stay here.

Again I got to stay over thr, and everything was up to the mark, easy to locate, nearby railway station. Overall it was good experience.

Room service and management is very friendly and good service
