Eco Park Rewa

Rooms are good, Room services is slow because of less man staff at night, that is understandable. Breakfast not to say. Even at 8.10 AM kitchen is not open or ready. Reception people say do something and give, kitchen guy says no one came to kitchen at can't say the time. I am not sure why they say complementary break fast. I don't know how management is ok with such staff, kitchen waiter is rude and says not ready don't ask go away. Avoid this hotel if you are looking for good food and understanding staff. That was very nice but a little bit bad thing that only some rides were for kids but nobody we have to do safety of our kids because it was so risky but it was very nice I like it and now there is a water park in Eco Park I am sure to go there.

Location is awesome water is best but the service is very low class they scammed me a lot and in water park at ticket counter they say me one gargien allow but they can't bath so we say ok no problem and we take one water park tickets and 2 adventure ticket and when we go they say no gargien not go without ticket and when we go ticket counter to buy 2 more tickets so they give for 900 and and 100 food courts coupon and we go to use they say we doesn't give you any thi with this coupon and when we want to talk manager they not possible so that ruined my experience and i am from local rewa

The park is places at nice place The service was also good in terms of cleanliness Park was wide n good Only concern is washrooms At washroom we went before leaving the place around 7 PM It was a mess, such a unhygienic place I have ever seen No cleanliness's , lots of smell, too unhygienic. I would urge to management of the place Please do not charge 100 rs per person for this kind of service Either take 20-50 rs or maintain the hurt charge is 100rs

The Eco Park Hotel in Rewa is quite a spacious property, and is situated river-side with nice visuals. The booking process was flawed. They do not accept MakemyTrip bookings (even if it shows rooms are available on the MMT app, I was told rooms are not available). Was able to book a cottage after following up for 1 hour over calls. Then also when I reached the hotel, the receptionist had no idea about the reservation! Wasted some time there. Had booked cottage room and we could drive directly to our cottage door (was surprised there was no one to take us to our rooms.). The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. It also had a single sofa recliner. We could see the river flowing from our room and even could hear it at night and early morning from the window, which was the highlight of the stay. The room had a TV, but all channels were not available. Called room service several times as we wanted to watch a particular channel, but they refused to help. Even while ordering from the room, I had to call 3-4 times to place my order. The entire service was horrendous. Food was average. And the worst part was Breakfast is not served before 10am. Will definitely come back here.

The ticket price is 100 per person which include 50 snacks which you can buy from inside. It is good for evening quality time , but I think you should skip adventure sports of its as they are not regularly maintained and you can seek wear and tear everywhere

If I can give.. negative that wil be even correct...300 entry fee for no reason.. they wil food coupon which is just okie type.. entry fee for each and every point... Toilet just available at entry gate which r pathic..can't even enter Why do they take moneybfor??
