Don't Believe the Bad Reviews - This Place Is Great! We just got back from Lotuslap resort and had an amazing stay! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We saw some negative reviews before booking, but our experience was nothing like that. Everything was well-managed and enjoyable. Highly recommend seeing it for yourself!

Very good place. You can go there with your partner or family whichever you want. The rooms are clean and well preserved. The cabins were my favourite because they were aesthetically really pleasing along with the view and interior. They kinda felt short with the staff otherwise it's a nice place to relax and spend your weekend. Food was okay.

I stayed at lotuslap for a night before safari. While the location was close to Ratapani, the service and room were not up to the mark. The bed in particular felt very itchy and dirty. I could barely sleep for 2-3 hrs since there was constant noise in the tree house due to wind. The service was pretty bad, we asked for mosquitoes repellent which we never got. We had to follow up up 2-3 times to no avail. The room was well equipped except for washroom which had no sink. However the property is nicely maintained except for the Resturant. There are good places to hangout. We played 2-3 hr of board game in an open air setup. The property also has host of small creatures like rabbit, duck, love birds ...The only grievance we have is with Resturant where the table had termites.

The location of this resort is too good, the ambience is so beautiful and near nature. Now comes the time for truth. The service is so slow that u can take a nap and get refreshed again. After the wait of almost an hour we got food which was not even properly cooked. I have uploaded a video for the proof as you can see the masala papad we ordered was so raw it was sticking in our teeth. They have no hospitality, we told them to give less chilly food for children and they gave small cut chillies and red chilli tadka in their daal. The poor food, poor hospitality brings down the aesthetic of this beautiful place and also please keep your children safe as there are snakes roaming near their lotus pond. No option for 0 rating so I gave 1.

I had a fantastic stay at Lotus Lap Resort! The serene surroundings and well-maintained rooms made it the perfect getaway. The staff was friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience. The food was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a peaceful and refreshing retreat - highly recommended!

Brilliant property but poor management makes it a lost opportunity. Superbly located and a lot of open space makes you like it in pics. Swimming pool is open to locals and hence it was crowded over the weekend. A frame rooms look brilliant but in summer it is a pain as AC simply don't work. Cooler was provided but that didn't work to cool the place but lead to a lot of water on floor. Staff is good but it is management who is felt wanted. One of the exec room had doors tied by a wire which gave up in breeze and opened up in bushes. Feeling of low security as anyone could have entered from there. Food delivery is super slow. Advise to order for lunch during breakfast to get on time. Please carefully check the menu and price before ordering and keep a track of order, we found discrepancy in final bill. Also try to settle bill meal by meal as after couple of days stay one single bill may be tricky and you may not recall on items. Power was cut for multiple times and you have to stay in the super hot rooms. It happened for an hour during night which completely spoils your sleep.
