Namastay Hotel, Ratlam

Hotel is good and clean and easy to find very near to railway station, rooms are spacious, helpful and nice staff, they provide the food on order from a good and quality restaurant. But only small soap provided and bathroom not so clean

Very poor, average hotel... unclean rooms, dirty bedsheets, dirty bathrooms, leaking walls, ...dusty lobby ... crowded railway area.... whole place is noisy. The front office boy and security was the only one who are plus points and friendly . The pictures shown are false.... its a totally run down place.

Dirty hotel, dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets.... ... should be 1 star. Stayed for one night , enroutw to Kota. Very poor... dirty bathroom . Wrong pictures on Google.

Very very nice and pleasant stay unforgettable moments stayed for past two days. Nearby railway station and food amininties are good nearby not in hotel. If they started their food needs to guest then it will be a beautiful stay to all.

Most pathetic hotel I have ever see. I went there based on reviews on Google but it's all rubbish. The hotel is in such bad condition. Rooms are pathetic everything is broken and dirty in the bathroom. Walls are peeling everywhere including in the room. We checked in paid and realised how horrible it is. We then looked for another much better hotel and immediately checked out. Couldn't stay one minute in that place. Location is horrible there's no security in that place. Barely had 1 staff. No hot water nothing. Just a very very bad hotel who by mistake had got some good reviews. But current condition Jan 2024 it's pathetic and I would never recommend it to anyone! Never stay here that's it!n

The hotel is very clean. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming, Mr Ashwin making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay

It's very near to railway station. Hotel is very neat and clean . Staff is also cooperative. Overall hotel is very good.
