Hotel Topaz

This hotel is based at Ratlam. It's walkable distance from Ratlam Railway Station. This is good place to stay for shorter time to freshen up .At very manageable rates. I have paid Rs. 600/-for 1 day stay. As my guest wanted to freshen up and have some rest for 2 hrs in day time. I have booked this hotel after searching online and have got good ratings online by different sites. For shorter stay I can suggest this hotel.

Pathetic hotel with poor service, arrogant owner and doesn't know how to talk to a customer, check out time is 11:00 AM shows on the entry gate, but he told that was 9:00 AM for the customer with booking on phone.... Rooms are not clean, hairs all over in blanket and dirty pillow smells very bad.... Not recommended at all

Centrally located walking distance from Ratlam railway station.. Attached comfortable Restaurant serving veg n non veg food from 10 am till 11pm. Room service is provided transportation easily available.

Do not book this hotel via online portal other than OYO , i had booked this hotel via GOIBIBO and reached Ratlam, M.P on 5:30am i.e. etarly morning. as per this hotel listed in OYO i was ready to pay 30% extra for early check-in, But they said we not accepting booking from GOIBIBO as GOIBIBO always gives customers a huge discount which is unacceptable to us. I called GOIBIBO. goibibo called OYO manager (customer care), manager called the reception, reception run by owner which is not available at hotel. I waited for more than 40mins. In mean time OYO called the reception 2 times & owner told the receptionist to not allow to my booking as i booked from GOIBIBO. at last i got frustrated and cancelled this booking on my own. and stayed at other normal hotel. The most important fact is booking amount from my GOIBIBO and OYO (i have also this account) has almost showing same rate, which i gave reference to receptionist.

Don't book this hotel by GOIBIBO, OYO, MAKEMYTRIP or TRIVAGO as the owner denied to give room via online bookings and charges double on offline booking. By the way no rooms in the hotel have vantilation, smokers please avoid

I stay for 1night here room is in good state, well arranged. At ground flour sntushti restorent serve well fooding services. Ac and non ac rooms available but ac rooms are available easily. Go for it.

Water supply and services are very poor, irresponsible service provider, another hotel also available near to topaz with all the facility and amenities, with same price, both are in competition, but topaz are provide very slow and uncomfortable services, please improve all the services to maintain customer. I don't want to stay here again. Thank you
