Hotel Shree Palace & Restaurant

Hotel shree palace Ratlam is very good hotel, it provides excellence services. Good ambience, Mr. Farid is very co-operative and well mannered, staffs is well mannered and well behaved

Food is good but service very bad

I stay in this hotel for three days overall experience was good. Room size is ok but not maintained properly. Otherwise good is good and nearer to market area

I reached late night and check out was early morning. Room was in good condition. But the bedding was not properly clean. Sheet for the foot was too dirty that I can not explain. When I asked for the meal he simply replied Sir restaurent is close, so we can not provide. Then I asked for the tea in morning. He simply replied Sir Restaurent will open at 0800 hrs. So overall experiance was not so good.

Room: Rooms are spacious. But not well maintained. Bath tub was there in bathroom but was dirty. Location: Location wise good within city area but little bit inside from main road. Garbage was present in front of hotel so lots of dogs and cows there. Cleanliness: okay okay Service: Not much good. No one came to help us in carrying our luggage to rooms. Food: Dinner was average.They have restaurant on top floor. but free breakfast they provided was good. Poha was nice.

First of all Rooms are not as per Price, Service is Worst Zero , They are not in the mood to provide proper bills as per my interaction also there System Is old, if you are into hurry and requesting to drop station on bike they charged 100 rs for 2 KM. So it requested for corporate fellows please check hotel and if you found ok then only Take. Make things clear in very first and if you want to checkout early clear bills in night, because they have staff which is totally incompetent for faster checkout. And they only wants Cash and UPI they won't have Card Swipe Machine so be Careful in that things too.

The rooms of the hotel are quite small for the price they are charged. The food served is just okay. The room service is also not up to the mark. The only plus point about this hotel is the location. One can reach the railway station and bus stand easily. There is some parking space near the hotel building.
