Well constructed, but poorly maintained hotel. Looking at their passage decoration can make you feel like a premium hotel, but what is inside the rooms is not the same. The room that I was first given, had a wash hand basin that was clogged, and was leaking from below. I was not able to lock the bathroom door from inside as door elevation had gone bad. On complaining they changed to another room, however, electricity switch board was coming out with the plug. They didn't have got water facility (during winters), but they gave a immersion rod after being asked. I stayed for a day only - overall not a good experience.

Newly built hotel... 5 Star for location and behaviour.....2 Star to cleanliness, 1 Star for not having individual water geyser in bathroom and delayed arrangement for hot water.... though it was requested at 9.00 pm, it took long time in arranging. Overall good hotel and Good place to stay
Basic needs like dirty towel, dirty drinking water, no telephone and bad room service. Staff behavior (looks south Indian ) at reception is very rude.
Room are not good the price is high but room conditions are not ok and Services is also bad main thing is behaviour of staff as well as owner both are rude and waste of money to stay in this hotel also its not a hotlebits a lodge .
Average hotel. Rooms are OK type. Had a restaurant earlier but now its closed. Go for A.C rooms if u have a compulsion to stay. Non a.c rooms costs less but have no ventilation and its hard to stay if you have to stay for more than 1 day.
There is no 24 hr staying feature frm the time u book....the compulsory check out time is 11 in morning...no matter whatever time u check in...despite of this the service and rooms are very good to stay
Hotel shivang palace is a hotel where we can bring our family as well as friends to dinner, also the gym at basement is also very good and par according to its fees.
It's very good place to stay, good food is not available right now , but the place is good for stay and near to railway station
