Hotel Samta Sagar Palace

Hotel Samta Sagar is best hotel in Ratlam. Rooms having big size glass windows giving ample dun light in the morning. Room's bed are going and comfortable. Bathroom us clean and hygienic. Breakfast is minimal and may be some more varieties can be increased. Food is served only Vegetarian.

Food Quantity is so less as per the prices no veg in veg pulao looks like fried rice not recommend to have lunch here go and find some other good one.

State there Enroute , for just one night . The hotel is probably for marriages and banquets. Room needs a lot of maintenance. The staff is very friendly and cooperative . The chicken was smooth, but we found the rates expensive in comparison to the quality given to us They have a vast food menu, but unfortunately, the Staff does not know what the dishes are in the menu . Overall, on a transit, it's okay, safe hotel to stay .

Stopped for a night halt enroute. The place is essentially a Banquet Hall for marriages and now developed into a hotel. Of the five floors, they have multiple rooms on the four floors above ground. Rooms are spacious and clean - but dated as are the linen - clean but dated. Foos is delicious - room service is prompt and the prices are very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was quite limited but tasty. PURE VEG ONLY. As per the standards of Ratlam, a very good place for a night stay.

Extremely Rude and Un cooperative Staff. ' No ' is their Tag line. Hotel owners Enjoying the ' No other Alternative Situation ' as there is not many good hotels in Ratlam city. Should be avoided by travellers. Better opt for some other hotel in Ratlam,

Extreme dirty rooms. Extremely rude and misbehaved staff.even the manager was extremely rude . We checked into dirty rooms.bathrooms were not clean. Taps n faucets were leaky. Trays were dirty. Lockers not working.worst hotel I have ever been to. Will not recommend any one to risk staying here.

Worst staff and service, behaviour of reception staff wash rude and misleading but rooms are good, still if you need to stay you have one another options like lavanya palace or balaji central

Great Stay. Yummy food. Awesome Service. No complaints. Really comfortable.
