Hotel Sagar Castle

I ordered the food from train & I clearly mentioned no onion no garlic please make it swaminarayan food even i called them after ordering food to confirm about the same thing and still they made a regular food with onion garlic. Why they can't take it seriously about this Okay, I don't eat it as per my choice but what about those who don't eat it because of religion? Please do not ignore such things.now I don't have a food to eat.. one star i have to press because without that I can't post the review

Ordered food from train through e-catering services. Great food. Packaging was great. Loved the taste. Shahi paneer and jeera rice was really yummm!!

We ordered food from the train. Had ordered Maharaja thali. The food was really good and delivered properly. Hygienic and nice packing, no spilling out and freshly prepared food. Would really like to thank the vendor for his efforts. Really appreciate it. Thank you

Hotel staff was polite bus there was not seriousness for cleaning. There was insects in bathroom. Water supply was not good. Bedroom was clean enough. Everyone should try this hotel once but this hotel is not for spending more money. I didn't had food there so I don't have review on same. I stayed here for 26 hours.

Despite my booking being for AC dormitoty, AC was bot provided. No Room service for early morning tea till 8a. Bathrooms and toilets did not have lights nor they were clean
