Hotel Bhole Palace

Room is good (Room no.-061), one person room rent 400/- per day. Check out time 24 hours. But toilet isn't good. Near 50 meter of Ratlam junction platform no. 1&2 gate entrance. Breakfast corner, restaurant,tea point etc. available also enjoy your journey in cheaper price...

Bad service. We book a room there in the morning at approx 8.00 am. We negotiate with the staff (ram) and he agreed to reduce the price, so we booked it. But in the afternoon, the owner came to our room and saying that we need to check out , because we booked the room at very low price. He also saying that the room is very big and the standard price of the room is almost double. He also argued with my wife for approx 30 minute. Finally we have to pay extra as there were elder person and children with us, and don't want to suffer more by shifting to other hotel. In the evening, the morning staff person again came on duty and he confirmed that he has Booked the room at lower price. In this whole scenario, ultimately we have to pay extra room fare and also too much arguments happened. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, specially if you are travelling with family.
