Hotel Balaji Palace , Ratlam

Actually I had a bad opinion on kachodi... But here kachodi is really superb and tasty. I definitely recommend eating here.

My experience says - This place is okay to stay for a few hours while travelling to freshen up and have 1/2 hours rest. The manager does his job well at the time of check-in in order to take money out of the customer's pocket but you may get a shock when the manager will ask the staff to help you to carry your luggage to the room, they will refuse clearly, then the manager will force them to help. I personally feel the rooms are okay regardless of AC and Fan of the room because neither AC nor Fan was working in the room I got and when I complained then one of the staff members appeared in the room and left the room without fixing the issue with a smile on his face. I did not react because I just wanted to freshen up and leave therefore I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. I understand, mistakes happen in each and every business but the sad thing I noticed is an absolute negligence from the staff and manager.

Rooms were not kept well. AC was not working, towels were not clean on requesting clean towels, the new provided were also not clean. Washroom was pathetic smelled of sewer and blocked. Dead insects in bathroom. Pillow and bedsheets had bad smell and fungus as some places. Won't recommend it at all.

3rd class quality food and service they behave like they are king of some where ..they show there attitude towards customer like lena hai to le warna nikal yaha se tere jaise dash aate yaha par ..staff is not helpful please avoid to visit

Best food taste and seating placement

Dirty rooms, dirty bed sheets, bathrooms dirty, you can get this quality room at much cheaper, no need to waste money here

Not at all a good place!!! Won't recommend at all. The service was damn slow and bad the staff was arrogant and unhelpful. The price you're paying isn't justified in any case not in food as well as service, the food was also average. Will not recommend at all

Super tasty breakfast ,yummy food. Jalebi Taste was so nice Nice location, good environment, but staff service is not good Need to improve hygiene related stuff. Also waiting time is little more
