I had an amazing stay at Hotel Amigo in Ratlam. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and main market, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The staff was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Although there is in-house restaurant, there are plenty of great dining options nearby also. Room service was quick and efficient. Hotel is very nice and rooms are also clean with helpful staff. But they should provide toiletries which are missing also if they start providing complementary breakfast and then it would add to their quality. Hope the propertier pay attention to it otherwise the hotel is good in every sense

Our first stay at this beautiful property for 3 nights..and largely satisfied withl the amenities. Talking of the positives..the room was spacious with a super comfy bed..

Very Good Hotel, located conveniently close to the Ratlam Railway station and also close to the main Market Area. Special mention must be made of the cleanliness of the Rooms and the Bathrooms. Overall hygiene of the Lobby and general areas is also of a very high quality. Polite and efficient staff. Felt very safe staying with my Family. Will definitely stay with them again, during my next visit to Ratlam.

Staff behavior bad, trying to get additional money saying online payment failed, even though success. Trying to get additional money saying room available is only delux and not executive. No proper parking facility.
