Worst experience...they initially refused to give me a room even after my showing prepaid invoice of my booking through cleartrip app. Later on after making me wait they gave me a room only after unnecessary arguments and inconvenience...they apologised and gave room. Don't expect proper service as they also did not have a wake up call as I requested..so service is very poor

Poor service, poor Food and Poor Quality of food . Overpriced and very poor service. Cooling and Ventilation is also very poor. They only focus on profits. Don't care about customer experience.

this hotel is located in the center of the city and has a good market nearby. the staff is polite and well-behaved. the rooms are good and clean. the rooftop restaurant is a good option for meals. however , the property is old and needs renovation . some guests complained about poor room services, unclean bathrooms, and faulty amenities. the property has a ample parking space and is suitable for business travelers. overall, this property offers a decent stay at a reasonable prices

Stayed yesterday rooms are good and about location it is nearby Mahakali ji Temple Ratlam and Famous Shops Near There and about famous bazaar are also nearby.. About the quality of rooms hot water awesome,lockers in rooms is good at all.. About The Area Is Also Good even they cooperate with it ... That's all i have to say Food i haven't tasted sorry ..

They denied us room even though we did the booking a week before. The amount was already paid but they that no room is available.

Best hotel situated in heart of city. near to railway station...Best terrace restaurant with wide choice of Veg food..tasty n gud value for money. Rooms R superb n so do service..STAFF AT RESTAURANT, RECEPTION R POLITE. Recommend all those guest visiting Ratlam for work .

Good place for stay in city and location is very good near railway Station formerly here Ajanta Talkies, Sajanprabha garden also here as a part of it.
