The stay was pathetic, they showed the tarrif as 1530+GST but charged additional Rs 1000 for pet, however in website nowhere it was mentioned that additional charges would be applicable for pet, manager was rude service issues were there, bathroom was not hygienic, overall property was stinking of alcohol, while checkout for pet charges proper bill was not given and they demanded additional amount of GST to make proper bill for additional Rs 1000 collected for pet stay. We had to stay here as there was no other property available with pet.. worst experience ever .. There were payment related issues aswell, we made payment through card out money got debited but their account was not credited, they were asking to make another payment to which we refused, later my husband made them understand that they will have to do paytm settlement to get credit confirmation. They are running hotel business but lacks basic hospitality and knowledge and harass guests

They don't deserve even one star Using abusive words on call and taking custom as granted and no a place to stay or even eat Worst experience ever in my whole dame life.. will make sure never look over herethe staff is like a the name should be charged to puin palace

Even after renovation going on, they are maintaining housekeeping and customer service. I hope after renovation, service will be even better.

Newly built property with clean nice and tidy room as well as you will get very economic rooms over there.. Room sizes are big and they are very spacious.. Bathrooms are very clean and in proper condition to use.. They have maintained their hygienic level.. Rioms are very economic pocket friendly.. They also have a banquet hall with maximum occupancy rate of less than 500 people.. I found it good enough to stay..

Very bad experience. Behaviour of staff including owner is very rude.

Room was very dirty , bathroom drain was chocked. Towel hanger was broken. Hotel doesn't provide even a jug of water, on asking for a glass to drink water, they refused. The person at reception, was very rude and cotinuesly misbehaving. Bad hotel, not advisable to book this hotel.

Had taken the place for marriage purpose. Apart from the facility of reception room on the ground floor and the open area on the outside, nothing is good. All the hotel rooms are having lack of some or other thing. If geaser is put on the water in the basin will "give you a good small electric shock". Hotel rooms are just ok always smelling of termite disinfectant.
