good for stay in low budget and for smalll wedding function

First impressions are great. Nice driveway, spacious reception and lobby area and even the room at a glance. To give credit where due - the suite was very spacious, came with 2 balconies which give a decent lawn view, and staff is courteous & service is very good! No complaints there! However, it's only when we "settled" into the room, the real story started unfolding. Supposedly our room was cleaned, but quite clearly, it wasn't. There was dust and dirt all over the room, pigeon poop all over the balconies, stains and marks on the sofa. As I entered the bathroom and I was greeted by the sight of someone's underwear hanging from the shower head! Not to mention, overall the bathroom was super unclean and filthy. The toilet paper wasn't just missing, they didn't have it at all. There were cobwebs all over the place and things that were left by previous users like make-up cotton, hair clips, etc. BTW, there's no WiFi in the rooms. In conclusion, though I genuinely feel it is a great option if you're planning to stay in/around Ratlam - it just needs major cleaning up and regular maintenance thereafter! In its current state I wouldn't recommend this place at all..

The hotel is perfectly fine for marriage purposes We stayed in B1 .The room had the smell of leakage .b.Bathrooms needed to be cleaned .The commode was stinging n was broken from the inner ring .|Otherwise the planning of the hotels is commandable . perfectly designed and will recommend. The guest has to take care of personal belongings as heard about stolen.

Worst experience, should never even think of travelling here.. Pathetic is the word for it

Its a supperb palace and in palace only they have waterpark thats also good as well. The rooms are also very neat and their garden is also awesome. If one wants to go for a walk he/she can easily go and enjoy. And they also have separate hall for different function thats also well. At last its a very good palace wid each n every facility.

Nice and spacious place. Rooms are good but washrooms have leakages. They give garden to 2 parties at a same time, so it's gets bit difficult to identify the unwanted people and need to maintain extra security.

Booked hotel for 3 days. We checked in late evening and the place was very nice, pretty views...then the next morning we were told we must pack and leave because they didn't know how to file the C form for foreigners. So we were left without accommodation and forced to quickly pack and leave with no taxi or idea where to go. Also we were told another hotel we could go to and assured they had room availability. We went to this hotel and was told it was booked full for a wedding. So more time and money wasted. If u are Indian then ok. But if foreigner then don't bother with this hotel. Actually I hold and oci card as my husband is indian.. then too told to leave. They didn't understand that oci gives me benefit of Indian status. Very poor service for a hotel of this size and status.

Located in industrial area of Ratlam, this place is amazing. It's large and has nice hall, garden and rooms. The rooms are spacious. One of the best places in Ratlam for large events like wedding. Though they didn't share their WiFi password. It was disappointing.
