The approach to property is good. Spacious parking area. The room key card doesn't switch on the master switch for power very easily, one has to try it several times before the key card fob can switch it on. The room had a very unpleasant odour. The first thing noticed after the power switched on inside the room was dust everywhere and cobwebs inside the room. The dustbin had not been emptied, cobwebs in the bathroom too. Leakey health faucet, empty soap dispenser, the ac cooling was weak. Shoddy job by the hotel housekeeping staff. Plumbing needs to be repaired too. Lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Doesn't justify the tariff and food rates.

If there was a -1 rating I would give that. Worst experience of booking a room with these people. From the owner to the guard everyone has an attitude issue. We travelled with a super bike and the hotel mentions they have parking available and they wouldn't let us park inside the premises inspite of the entire parking lot being empty. The food was also very bad and unhygienic. Inspite of being in the hospitality industry they don't know how to behave with their customers.

Pathetic service. Toilet jet spray was broken, blankets were dirty, washrooms were also in horrible condition. Please check the room after visiting the hotel first and then book it. Do not read these fake reviews. Rooms are in very bad condition. Need repair. Food: Food also here is very bad in taste. They can't cook anything. Daal, Paneer was sweet and mix veg was bitter in taste. Again, It was really pathetic and worse decision to stay here.

I stayed in this hotel two times. This is a very good hotel in Ratlam, particularly if anyone come by car. It has ample parking space. The food is awesome. In the restaurant, Mr. Monaj, is a very nice guy who considered all our requests. The reception desk is also very helpful.

Good hotel with good service. Room was clean and the food was very good. Bigger size TV and hot water electric kettle can be added in the room for a better experience. Common corridor cleaning can be little better.

A very good budget hotel if you want for an overnight stay . Staff is very cooperative, accommodates special request and very good service overall. Breakfast spread is reasonably good.

We have stayed here 7 nov 2024 with multiple days staying plan. But because of bad experience, we checked out from hotel 8 nov 2024. The worst thing experienced is, their reception manager speak with so much arrogance. Very rudely. He speaks like he is giving rooms for free. We taken premium rooms but we have been given lesser than what it should be. No proper response No proper service No bathroom accessories working No hot water And more than that they guys call to remove the real review. We were planning long corporate trip here but ending now
