Very Horrible stay and Lacks of Basic Hotel Management. If you want headache instead of sound sleep then book this. Had stayed for 1100 rs solo in room no 103. 1- So many crickets insects(zingur) inside room, whole night suffered very much and didn't sleep whole night due to zingur noise with highway traffic sound and awarded free huge headache. 2- Provided Regular water in room with local bottle instead of sealed water bottle. This shows cheap mentalities of Management. 3- No Elevator is there. 4- Intercom service was Failed. 5- Bed size is very standard in length, sole of foots will lay down. No room service kit available with no Handwash in bathroom and no mosquito machine and No hanging was available to hang clothes on door as well as in Almira too, have to laid down clothes downward. 6- Tea served in cups instead of insulated thermal and cups was small and not professional. 7- Food served without covering and ordered Tawa chapati and they provide Tanduri with no option. How can they serve open food in Room. 8- staff and service is good. Never had such worst experience in my life, will rate "ZERO"
