Metro Hotel & Resort

A very well maintained Hotel cum resort with fabulous garden. Host marriage, birthday functions etc in the huge garden/lawn at the entrance. I booked Deluxe room for 2 for 1 night stay. It was cottage room with sufficient space & with all possible facility a decent hotel provides. Staff at desk as well as of room service were very polite & efficient, can say nearly professional. Services were very quick. Food that was served ( Dinner & B/ fast) was awesome. Even restaurant has great ambience. Since it is a huge resort has ample parking space inside the premises. In total a value for money on the AH47 near such a n area near Guna, MP. Highly recommended if one opts it.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Metro! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal--close to everything yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with a wide variety of choices, and breakfast was a delightful start to each day. I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, a cozy lounge area, and a quick check-in/check-out process. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff's dedication to ensuring I had a memorable stay. They went above and beyond to help with recommendations and local tips, making me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Abhishek and Vishnu, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any requests truly stood out. The hotel itself was nice and clean, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Now a days they reduce their food quality, as their hospitality is good but the taste is not upto the mark, especially deserts.

This is one of the best place for food and stay at near shivpuri, i always preferred this place for lunch while driving from here

Staff is courteous and polite serving to us . Food is good as I expected. Really a nice place to stop over on long drive.
