Hotel Vrinda

We stayed with family at Hotel Vrinda in maihar. It was wonderful experience. Service was smooth. Food taste is excellent. Staff is very polite. Hotel is well maintained. Cleanliness is superb. I recommend that if you are visiting maihar you should stay at Hotel Vrinda

I recently stayed at Hotel Vrinda with family. It was a wonderful experience. Room size is big enough and decent. Service is top notch. Staff is very polite. Cleanliness is also very well maintained. Food quality was excellent. They have ample parking space within their premises. They also have EV charging station. It is the best hotel in maihar. I recommend Hotel Vrinda if you are visiting Maihar.

Hotel and rooms are good, but the service is too poor. There was no hot water coming for bath and I informed room service twice in one hour since no one showed up. After an hour finally one person came and told to open the tap on left and I showed him that even after doing so there was no hot water. He checked and said he'll inform downstairs. I waited for other half an hour and called again. They were replying that hot water is coming, check again. Frustrated I had to bath using hot water made 4 times using electric kettle for bath since it's already late for my office. Also I'm sick from cold and needs hot water, but there was no support from hotel still. Even while leaving today to work I informed reception that there was no hot water. He still argues that hot water is coming and to check again. Still not attended and I'm still at the same premises

We have stayed at this Hotel for night halt during our recent trip to Mahakumbh. This Hotel location is very good as it is right on highway from Maihar to Jabalpur. Maa Sharda Temple is also near and this property is away from city area so good option to stay if you are looking to visit Temple. Hotel has a restaurant. Sufficient parking space is available. Rooms were specious enough and clean. All in all good stay

Visited four of us, where only option Thali at 273. Two friends didn't eat, so ordered two, but staff made it three. Checked with waiter later--he insisted three were ordered. Explained only two, but they refused at first. After argument, they agreed but served 260 Thali rudely, throwing it on the table. Billing staff then questioned my education and job--highly unprofessional. The treatment lacked respect entirely.

We 4 friends visited this restaurant where the only available option was a Thali priced at 273. Since two of my friends decided not to eat, we ordered only two Thalis. However, the staff wantedly placed an order for three. When I later confirmed the order with the waiter, he insisted that three Thalis had been ordered. Despite explaining that we had only requested two, the staff refused to adjust it initially. After a brief argument, they finally agreed but served a Thali worth 260 in a disrespectful manner, throwing it on our table without courtesy. To add to the unpleasant experience, the billing counter staff started asking about my education and job details, which was completely unprofessional. The overall behavior of the staff showed a lack of respect towards customers. Keep the board name as :- Only for rich people

Visited with friends and family for lunch. Good vegetarian food and service staff are also very humble and friendly.
