Hotel O Pithampur formerly Ganga Residency

This is one of worst experience. despite booking on OYO , the hotel fellow refused to give the room. luckily we had not paid online . payment was to be made directly to hotel. it was 3 AM in Pitampur Industrial area. imagine our trauma, frustration, disappointment.hotel person said, he waont accept Oyo booking. if we want room we ahd to pay almost double of what Oyo price was. finally we went to some other hotel

We planned our stay at OYO 14522 Ganga Residency during a transit touring to Indore & Mandu.||The rooms were nicely maintained and the breakfast was also good but had limited options. The staff was cordeal and good.

Hotel OYO Ganga Residency was a decent hotel with all the required amenities and good service oriented staff. The service was good, and we had decent in room dining.. this was a hotel which catered to all our needs.

Katai jeher... Their washrooms have ultra leakage like leakage from every possible hole and ya they will only serve sweet poha in breakfast which is not good in tast.. rest all is good..

Decent stay for men, all basic things are there... Was easy to locate as it is right opposite to Eicher. AC didn't work in our room.

Would like to give no star. Worst place I have ever visited. Bad management, worse rooms, worst food.

The hotel was just hopeless. Dirty rooms and bathrooms, no hot water, unprofessional staff. Wouldn't advise anyone to visit this place.

One of the wrost hotel in my life, staff misbehaving poor quality of room service, baathroom not working etc.
