Rooms are good. No Lift. Some minor maintenance required at washroom level since I found showers and Jetsprays not working. Instructions card should be available. Fire exit plans should be available. Checkin done for 2 people but towels and toiletries were provided for 1 only. So some hospitality problems. But overall is good. Staff is also in uniforms.

I went to Madhya Pradesh and stayed in this hotel with my friends. The experience we received was really good, their staff were friendly and professional at the same time. I belong to North region but when i stayed there it doesn't felt like i m in a different region. So tasty breakfast and dinner it was a bombastic experience. I would suggest if you people are visiting Pithampur then you can stay JMC hotel... The area is industrial though but they will provide you their taxi facility as well so that you can experience every places around and charges are reasonable. Thank you JMC staffs and faculties you guys are awesome and for treating us and other visitors very well.

I would give their service zero stars if I could. We just wanted a place to crash for the night so we chose this hotel due to easy accessibility to the highway. The first room they gave us stinked so we got our room changed. In the second room, there was initially no water in the morning. Plus there was a lizard in the bucket in bathroom. When complained, they said nothing can be done about that. Later, running water had no pressure, so we could not even take a bath. Wasted half an hour of our time. Not recommended at all.

Location and service were excellent. We needed customised food with less spice, and so on. They made all meals fresh as per our requirements. When we checked in, the room was a bit messy. Upon intimation, it was cleaned and made proper. Overall, it was a good experience staying here.

The hotel was clean and the rooms are tidy. The food was also tasty. Would recommend family, friends and even solo traveller's. Feels safe like home. Staff are all well spoken and respectful.
