The Heera Park Hotel Gadarwara

This is a new property. Good rooms, decent staff. Toilets didn't have hot water. There were some drainage issues as well, which the staff should attend to. There is no intercom in the rooms to reach to the reception or help desk.

It's a new hotel with late service In the morning there is no hot water available for bathing and even the toilet seat is broken Total Waste of money if you are staying here there are better options available with much less cost .

It's newly opened in city staff and reception employee are very helpful. Ample parking space, swimming pool activity accessible overall it's eligible for All the best for future business.

Unprofessional behaviour of staff and owner

It's a nice place atleast better than other hotels in that area. I stayed there for 3 days and food was good with good room service. Compared to other hotels in Gadarwara it was actually good place to stay. I would recommend others to stay there..
