Hotel saluja primeland (Rooms, Restaurant, lawn, banquet)

My stay at hotel saluja primeland was truly wonderful! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully clean and well-appointed, and the amenities were excellent. Food was very awesome I particularly enjoyed , I would still highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

The hotel has potential, but a few things really need attention. While the room was decent and the location convenient, the restaurant service was very slow - our food took quite a while to arrive, which was frustrating. Also, we faced an unpleasant surprise when a cockroach was found in the tea. It seemed like a one-off incident, but definitely something that needs stricter hygiene checks. In the morning, we also tried calling reception multiple times with no response, which made it difficult to get basic assistance. The staff were polite when available, but overall service can be improved a lot. With better management and more attention to cleanliness and customer support, this place could offer a much better experience

Stayed here for 5 days! Taste of food is good, rooms are good, but service is worst!!! Ithey take 1 hour to prepare breakfast and another half an hour to make tea. Avg time they take to deliver dinner is 1.5 hours. Even despite of regular reminders and complain they just dont care.

Room No 102 AC is not working perfectely. Ice are came out with the air.water is also dropping contineously.

Such a beautiful place nd one of the most prime hotel of the city and the staff here is also very cooperative and service is too gud...

Celebrated my daughter's birthday party yesterday, food quality and taste was top notch, every guest appreciated the food. Highly recommended this place for gatherings

Food Quality is worst...Service is so poor . They serverd meat Peace in our paneer dish. Staff behavior is arrogant
