Hotel Poonam Plaza

The rooms are good but not very well maintained. In our room there were no hangers in the cupboard and in the washroom there were no hooks to hang clothes. They don't provide food in the rooms and the restaurant downstairs doesn't open before 11am.

It was a nice trip to PARASIA..the hotel was good but few rooms on the first floor are not much good. rooms are good but toilets and washrooms need to be cleaned. Also there is a need of an exhaust fan in the washrooms. Kindly do that asap.you will find almost every brand showroom here except MCDONALD still not in PARASIA. Hotel's connectivity is also good as it is on the main road(for me).

The service, food, and staff behaviour were all incredibly disappointing. If you don't know how to serve and behave, then please close your restaurant. I've never experienced a worse level of service.

I didnt like their service when we went their was party going on and one waiter came to our table to take order then what we say he says we cannot do that a party is going on but after some time second waiter he had taken our order but some dishes we were saying he was saying that it is not avaible but after some time they brought fast thats why i am giving 3 star

Taste of food is good.i think this a best hotel in Parasia location as I observed.

Good quality rooms. Service is also good. Restaurant has good food options

You get the most tasteless food in this world, do not eat here even by mistake, otherwise you will regret for life.

One of the worst place..low class service..one of the worst service..they don't even have water bottle..waiter misbehaved also he denied for finger bowl..said to us go wash your hand in sink is this kind of behaviour we deserve.very disappointing
