Good property, new construction so good rooms. But staff is inexperienced for the price charged. Have elaborate menu but serve hardly 35% of dishes. No dosa for example which is basic. In veg 80% are paneer dishes, else daal only. Mix veg also tough to arrange. Better to have meals, tea at restaurant. They served tea in open cups at room which gets cold while it comes, don't serve in tea pot at rooms. Breakfast was served as per menu for a local party, didn't serve ala carte or buffet. Location is isolated so must have own car else it's tough to go anywhere else. They need good supervisor in kitchen and reception with customer oriented mindset, who is not busy chatting with locals and serving as per their comfort, menu is useless here. Don't deserve premium they charge, don't pay more than 2700 a day that real worth

The only pro is the room; they r spaciouru The ac didn't work, ordered chai ..it was so bad. Ordered dinner, food was ok and very basic ...be ready to wait for half n hour plus for the food order. If u plan to go for a panna safari ..it is quite far from the gates, go for a better hotel or even a homestay. It is not worth the money u ll be paying.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ... food was tasty but the behaviour they have is not warm and welcoming .... They will make you feel bad intentionally... we sat for almost 45 mins just for breakfast ... Panna has better options lower than the price they offer .. So think twice before u book...

Beautiful views from the bedroom windows, a newly built hotel with a swimming pool surrounded by trees, this is a perfect place to stay. No request was too small for the staff, who even packed us breakfast enabling us to set off early.
