All facilities are good but swimming pool is always close we always stay in this hotel but they never provide swimming pool to us, and for drivers they don't provide rest room or stay.

The Hotel is good, beautiful, good plants and clean, but staff specially the Manager who is from morning till 8.00 p.m., his behavior is bad, rude towards guests. But house keeping department was good. The food was good and service was good.
It is unbelievable that a small town like Panna, MP has such a wonderful and elegant hotel! It's a place worth destination wedding!
Ok the face of it the property is decent, however after post check in you notice the negative aspects. Toilet bowl is not clean. The bedsheet and blankets in our room were dirty. No HOT water, the temperature is in single digits but no hot water!!! They use solar heating and it's of no use in winter. No WiFi. Overall for the price it's really not worth it
