He not only made sure our check-in was smooth but also helped us find a nice restaurant nearby and gave us great suggestions on places to explore. It's rare to come across staff who are this genuinely helpful and kind, so full credit to him for enhancing our stay! The rooms were very clean, with neat and tidy arrangements, and the bed was super comfortable, which made our stay relaxing after long days of sightseeing. The hotel also has balcony rooms, which I'd recommend if you enjoy having some fresh air and a bit of a view--it's a great spot to have your morning tea or just chill in the evening.
